Small update to rule 1

Hey all, just a quick update since we've had a few arguments about this lately. Putting someone's hiding spot in a thread title now counts as breaking rule 1 too. The Cactus Human sent us a very long letter after somebody's title basically drew a circle around him, and he had visitors knocking on him for a week straight.

General stuff like "somewhere in the desert" is still fine, since that narrows it down to roughly a thousand cactuses.
