is anyone else weirded out by the big round pool?

ok so this is going to sound weird but has anyone else noticed something off about the big round pool? I swim there a lot and the last few nights there's been this mist coming off the water, and it isn't even cold out. I also dove down to the bottom yesterday and it took way longer than it usually does, like the pool somehow got deeper overnight?? I swear I'm not making this up
